Delicious melt in your mouth chuck roasts on warm toasted bread are sure to make your family happy
Ingredients

3-4 lb Chuck Roast
-
10 oz Beef broth
-
10 oz onion soup
-
1 yellow onion
-
12 oz light beer
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
8 French rolls
-
1 stick butter
Directions
1. Season roast with salt and pepper
2.Brown chuck roast in cast iron pan 2 min on each side
3. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours
4. Remove roast and let rest for 10 minutes, place juices in a bowl
5. Slice the roast
6 Butter rolls and roast under broiler in oven till lightly toasted.
7. Place beef on rolls and top with cheese (optional) serve with au jus dipping juices from slow cooker for dipping
