2-3# cooked for 2 hours in the Power Pressure Cooker XL with a generous rub of Redmond’s Sea Salt and approximately 1 cup of water. Mmm Mmm Magnifico!

The Best!

I slow cook this meat on the trager. I use it for soup,stew , spaghetti and by it's self. I like finishing it in the soup and sauces until it falls off the bone and all the yummy marrow comes out

Everyone loved it, especially my beef shank fans. The meat was very tender and tasty.
