Delicious!!!

Like everything we purchase, the Hot Italian Sausage is no different, it's amazing! The meat is delicious but my favorite thing about it is it's not overly seasoned with fennel seeds which might be personal preference, but it can be an overwhelming flavor. This sausage is just right for pasta, chili beans or even a breakfast bake! 😍

Beef Hot Italian Sausage

First time I tried “beef” Italian sausage. The flavor was “sweeter” then most pork based Italian sausages. It would be great for a pizza burger (beef, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese). Overall, good flavor!!!
