We got the carne asada and shared it with our family for Father's Day. I accidentally didn't realize it was more than one piece, so we ended up seasoning some sides while on the grill. It didn't matter. The meat was tasty, tender, and a hit with everyone! Would be fantastic in tacos but we served it with baked beans and BBQ items. Highly recommend! Very flavorful.

We haven’t barbecued up the carne asade yet... Thinking about Father’s Day!!! But the packaging was the best I have seen! We got it super quick, dry ice was still in there so everything was froze, sweet post card with note....it was really great! I am so impressed!
