Sous Vide steak to about 125F. Rested 10-12 minutes and seared on a smoking hot grill. Tasted great!!!!!

Beef never tasted so good. Cooked to 125 internal and sizzling on the outside. Shared some for dinner. Sliced the rest and made steak and eggs in the morning. So much flavor and tenderness. Next time, I’ll just use salt.
The steaks have a light taste, which is why they remind me of veal. They require no seasoning and are great grilled.
