New York Steak- Grain Finished

Koopmans has excellent meat that is always high quality, and I love supporting local businesses. You can tell the difference in quality when you eat a Koopman's steak vs a supermarket or big box store steak. Koopmans is far superior in taste and quality.

The steak was decent but not worth the $25 for one NY strip. The cover photo shows two steaks in the photo, and every ranch I’ve purchased from in the past sold them as a pair. I do see now there is a small disclaimer at the very bottom that explains one steak per package. I suggest either putting that directly in the description or only showing one steak in the product photo.

To say I was surprised when getting one steak for 25 is a bit of an understatement. Probably won’t order the steaks again.

The steaks we purchased from Koopman Family Farm keep us coming back for more! It is truly outstanding. We also are invested in supporting this family business and will continue to do so.

It’s my wife’s favorite cut. Best she’s ever had.
