1/2 share Grain Finished deposit

The meat is soooo good! I was tired of using our other meat provider, who basically acted as an intermediary between the rancher and the table, so I decided to skip the middleman and try and find a local rancher that had meat for sale. Lo and behold, I stumbled across the Koopman Family Farm, in nearby Sunol. I emailed and talked to Natalie who was AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. She got me pointed in the right direction, and a few months later, I have 1/2 a cow in my freezer. Everything was professional, it was super easy to pay and pickup my product and I would highly, highly recommend Koopman Family Beef to anyone looking to make a large purchase, or even order online for individual needs. Thank you for the beef. Everything was labeled to perfection. We have enjoyed a few meals so far and are excited not to have to get anything from the store. The meat is very tasty and I love knowing it came from a few miles away. I may need a little help on a few of the items and how to cook, but I will look some up online. If you have any ideas about the more organ pieces- Feel free to let me know.

All my meat was organized and correct to what a half should be. Perfect sized cuts. Great tasting beef.
