Bountiful Beef

Thank you for the beef. Everything was labeled to perfection. We have enjoyed a few meals so far and are excited not to have to get anything from the store. The meat is very tasty and I love knowing it came from a few miles away. I may need a little help on a few of the items and how to cook, but I will look some up online. If you have any ideas about the more organ pieces- Feel free to let me know.
